After taking Bruce and Papa to the Prince of Wales Pub for a good Dad's Day lunch, we caught the train into London. We enjoyed the sunny afternoon strolling around Parliment Square and visiting The Cabinet War Rooms. This is the underground rooms where Churchill directed the Allied activity of WWII. For 6 years, the lights never went out. After the war was declared over and the rooms were to be closed, the last person out turned off the lights and everything was left as it was on that day. We also saw the city from up high inside the London Eye. It was a clear day so you could see for miles. Everyone had a great day! Enjoy some pics!
